“翁”、完成しました。本来の“翁”の面は、上あごと下あごが離れていて（切り顎）紐によって結ばれていますが、この面は１枚の無垢で彫っています。“翁”は神聖な祈りの儀式で用いられた、シワが刻まれた老人の顔。目がとても笑った感じなのでこちらの気持ちも穏やかに楽しくなります。
“Okina”, I was completed. Surface of the original “Okina” is, though away the upper jaw and lower jaw, but has been tied by (cut chin) string, this surface is carved with a single solid. “Okina” was used in the ritual of sacred prayer, the face of the old man wrinkles carved. Since eye is very laughing felt here feeling will also be gentle and fun.
面を綺麗に彫ったら、顔中に「シワ」を入れました。全く表情が変わり、穏やかな感じになりました。刀を入れる時は緊張しましたが、出来上がりはやはり感動しました。
Once carved surface to clean, I put the “wrinkles” in the face. Change at all expression, it became calm feeling. Although when was nervous to put the sword, Voila still was impressed.
