阿弥陀如来、昨年10月半ばから4ヶ月をかけ、ついに完成しました。

仏頭の完成はこれで３つ目となります。どれも、同じ顔、と思うのですが、木からその顔が出てこなくて、毎回先生に彫り方を教えていただきました。それでも、今回は眼を自身で入れることができ、とれも嬉しかったです。阿弥陀如来はご覧のとおり、肉髻（頭の毛）を彫るのが大変・・・ではなく楽しかったです！パーマをする美容師に近いのかな（笑）

前回彫った「聖観世音菩薩」と並べてみました。こうして、ゆっくりですが確実に一つひとつ増えていく。そのことが心から嬉しいです。だから頑張れます！楽しいですからね！
